As a key member of the Farm Credit System, AgriBank ultimately supports the people who grow and produce our food. We're in the business of providing funding and financial solutions to 14 locally based Farm Credit Associations, which, in turn, support the financial needs of farmers, ranchers and other rural customers. But our impact doesn't stop there. AgriBank employees contribute every day to the communities where we live and work.
AgriBank and our employees are involved in a variety of causes that provide food, shelter and clothing to people in need, including making donations to Dorothy Day Center, Merrick Community Services, Second Harvest Heartland and United Way.
AgriBank encourages our employees to be involved in their communities in the way that's meaningful to them. We offer paid time off to volunteer and match contributions to qualified non-profits. We recognize and celebrate that our team makes a significant contribution both on the job and in their time away from work.
AgriBank spends time celebrating the success of our employees through a variety of formal and informal recognition activities. We highlight employee stories of business and personal impact in our office and in the community. Our peer-to-peer and leadership recognition is an important part of our culture, and highlights the critical work AgriBank does in the community.
